Castelain are the PKI experts. It really is that simple. Our staff have been involved in most of the major PKI deployments within Australia and in some capacity, all of the deployments that have secured the Australian Government’s Gatekeeper accreditation.
We have also been involved in Identrust accreditation for PKI systems implemented within the banking sector.
Collectively, our PKI knowledge has been garnered from designing and implementing PKI solutions for customers all around the world.

At Castelain, we know that useable PKI can be implemented securely. All it takes is a lot of creative thinking around key deployment and management, and hiding the complexity of the solution at the backend.

- Secure user buy-in by closely approximating the familiarity of a username and password experience (but with all the strong authentication security benefits)
- Consider terminology and user interface design, carefully. We take the user through what they need to do, rather than blinding them with jargon and mechanical detail
- Allow for high volume, rapid but secure delivery of keys to users over multiple locations
- Allow for invisible (but controlled) key renewal mechanisms
- Allow for very easy management (cancellation and enrollment) of users
