Our company values

At Castelain, being good corporate citizens is at the core of our existence. We are a team of ethical individuals who believe that we can all make some small difference both within and outside our corporate lives.

Environmentally responsible

We recycle, look to minimise our environmental footprint where we can, and in general always look to see how we can do this better. Some of our staff drive hybrid cars to minimize the impact when they drive for business; others choose to ride their bikes. Our Canberra office was chosen partly because of the facilities which provided showers and safe lockable space for bikes.

Ethical dealings

We believe in honesty and openness, and above all integrity. We use this to inform all of our business dealings.

Socially aware

We don’t believe in arrogance, and appreciate that we have responsibilities outside the business world. Our company matches dollar for dollar any charitable donations that staff make, and provides this to Care Australia.

We regularly enter teams in Oxfam trailwalker events. While only some of us sweat over the 100km track, we are all there in spirit, helping to raise significant amounts of money for those in need.
